The Etesian Ensemble |

Programmes and Repertoire |
|
The Etesian Ensemble is able to draw upon an abundance of music written from 1780 through to 1830 for classical oboe, clarinet, horn, bassoon and fortepiano. This includes the more widely known works of Mozart and Beethoven through to lesser known works by Witt, Pleyel, Lannoy and Grund. Whilst concentrating mostly on the works for the core ensemble of classical wind and fortepiano the ensemble also enjoys working in larger combinations performing the profusion of wind harmoniemusik and works for winds and strings such as the Schubert Octet. |
